About us

Company History

The company was started over thirty years ago by Terry Garnham, the senior partner in the business. There have been many challenges and changes during this time. We have moved premises, increased the amount of staff we employ, and widened the geographical area that we cover. Today, we currently employ six engineers, and three members of office staff. In addition to this, Terrys sons Keith and Darren also work in the business - Keith as Service Manager and Darren as Office Manager.

As a family run business, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and expertise. Your custom is truly important to us. We are not a large call centre where you are simply another customer in a queue waiting patiently to speak to a human voice whilst listening to classical music! Likewise, we are not a "one man band - jack of all trades, master of none". With the backing of major white goods manufacturers, we are large enough to be able to deal with your situation, whilst being small enough to actually care.
