Our Service Pledge

Our aim is to provide:

Same Day Service - call before 10am and we will endeavour to be with you the same day*

Next Day Service - for calls booked after 10am we will endeavour to be with you the next day*

Service By Appointment - to allow you to plan your day we can offer an appointment within a four hour time period, when the call is booked two days in advance**

Out of Hours Service - for a small extra charge you can have the flexibility of being able to book an early evening call during the week or a Saturday morning call

* Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays and may not be available in rural or outlying areas
